Hi there,

My name is Allie Coutts. I was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I moved to Cedar City in 2013 to pursue my passion for graphic design. I graduated in 2017 with a BFA in Graphic Design. In 2018, I had the opportunity to join the Staples Group at Sun American Mortgage as their marketing manager and quickly fell in love with what they do and how they do it. The short version is they provide the financing for homes. The real version is that they take care of people, and that’s why I love what I do! As well as serving our Utah loan officers’ marketing needs, I, too, became a loan officer to have the opportunity to help my friends and family purchase their dream homes. Buying a home is such a big milestone in a person’s life. I want to provide expertise and encouragement that buying a home IS possible, and I can show you how!

When I am not in the office, I am spending time with my incredible husband, Morgan. I love doing yoga, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with my friends and family. I am also the nicest Dallas Cowboys fan you will ever meet!
