$2,000 Guarantee subject to any mistakes made by the lender. Please note:
- If any third party involved in the transaction can’t meet deadlines or makes mistakes that jeopardize the closing date, the guarantee is void.
- If the borrower is not able to meet all the requirements or guidelines outlined by lender, or makes decisions that will jeopardize the closing date, the guarantee is void.
- If lender makes any mistake that is clearly traceable and documented that jeopardizes the closing date, lender will pay out $2,000 in a lender credit at time of closing.
